Overseas Keralites Investment & Holding Limited (“OKIH”), was formed in 2019 as per the recommendation of Loka Kerala Sabha to tap the expertise and resources of Non-Resident Keralites (“NRK”) to accelerate infrastructure development in certain selected strategic verticals.

OKIH is in the process of developing along highways of Kerala a chain of wayside amenities with international standards along the highways in Kerala under the brand name "RestStop", which will serve long distance commuters including tourists with excellent services and enabling them to “Rest, Refuel and Rejuvenate”. This infrastructure will also augment the social, cultural and economic vibrancy of  the  local communities.
