About Us

RestStop Pvt Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Overseas Keralities Investment & Holding Ltd (“OKIH”), a 100% State Government-owned entity which was formed to implement one of the major recommendations of Loka Kerala Sabha. OKIH with Hon'ble Chief Minister of Kerala as its Chairman is to harness the investment potential of millions of overseas Keralites for various development initiatives of the State.

OKIH aims to bring disruptive ideas to support transformation in selected verticals and help Non-Resident Keralites to be a part of the great growth story of Kerala with its vision of 'Global thought for local growth' by enabling every NRI to contribute to our State’s growth by bringing best partners with cutting edge technologies. This will also open for them investment avenues with reasonable and assured returns and thereby create wealth for hardworking NRIs. OKIH will focus on viable projects that can create value, impact, and positive change for communities and will manage them through a transparent and accountable system where governance is paramount. The first initiative of OKIH, RestStop, embodies its objectives to provide for both sides of Kerala’s community - the society and investors, and act as stimuli for economic development and employment.
