About the Position – Site Coordinator
Currently, we are on the lookout to identify a dynamic and experienced person to be appointed as Site Coordinator on a temporary basis. This position is initially for a period of six months, which may be extended if need arises, and is based at RestStop Thalappadi Site at Manjeswaram in Kasaragod District,with moderate travel requirements.
Experience & Qualification required
Candidates with amature outlook and having Customer facing experience in Administration, Accountancy, or similar areas, Pass in +2 or higher and relevant experience of not less than one year are eligible to apply. Age not more than 30 years. Candidates who lack the above minimum criteria, will not be considered.
High Level Job Description
Responsibility of the selected candidate includes interaction with different stakeholders, both internal and external, to be an efficient team player, maintain accounts, coordinate with Government departments and other stakeholders, track and report site progress, and other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Skill Sets Required
A good team player with sufficient oral and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam. Ability to adapt with ever dynamic work environment for ideal end results, customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond effectively with different individuals across the geographical regions and cultures, effective interpersonal skills, including proven ability to develop strong professional relationships with different stakeholders including senior government officials and business leaders are essential.
Working knowledge in MS Office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Tally accounting software and/or similar systems are required. Candidates are required to work independently with attention to accuracy and details, with ability to meet priorities and deadlines. Desirable to have 2 wheel / 4 wheel driving license.
Good interpersonal skills with ability for problem-solving, to flag issues proactively, flexibility to work in alignment with organisational needs, willingness to take up additional responsibilities, and manage time effectively are some of the requirements.

1. The candidates are required to go through the detailed notification carefully and decide for themselves about their eligibility for this position before applying and enter the particulars on the online portal.

Admittance to all stages of the recruitment will be provisional only and detailed scrutiny of the applications/credentials will be conducted before the interview/appointment. Any discrepancy found in the application during such adetailed scrutiny, at any stage of the recruitment process, will result in the disqualification of thecandidature without any further notice.
3. Interested candidates are requested to apply well in advance and not to wait till the closing date. OKIH will not be responsible if a candidate is unable to submit the application online due to any last-minute rush.
4. Candidates must compulsorily fill-up all relevant fields of applications and will have to upload both their passport size photograph (taken within the last six months) which must be less than 200 Kb size and their most updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) with file-size not exceeding 3 Mb.
5. In ‘Educational Background’, percentage of marks should be calculated and entered by adding marks obtained for different papers as main, subsidiary, language, project, lab etc as in School / University / institution issued mark sheets for all years. While listing ‘Experience’, only the current or latest one should be entered. Past experience if any are to be included in the CV, to be uploaded. If you or your parent had worked in multiple foreign countries, the‘NRI from’ year to be entered is the year in which first migrated to the first country.
6. Incomplete/incorrect application forms will be summarily rejected. OKIH under any circumstances will not entertain information, if any, furnished by the candidate subsequently and hence one should be careful in filling up the application form at the time of submission. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, the candidature will be rejected even ifthe candidate comes through the final stage of the recruitment process or even at a later stage.
7. The candidate should not furnish any false, tampered, fabricated information or suppress any material information while filling up the application. If the particulars furnished in the online application form do not tally with the original documents produced by the candidate, his/her application will be rejected. Please note that no change of application data will be permitted at any stage after the submission of the online application. Merely applying for the post and being shortlisted in the subsequent processes does not imply that a candidate will necessarily be offered any employment. No request for considering the candidature under any category/post other than the one in which applied will be entertained.
8. Canvassing in any form during any stage of recruitment process will lead to the cancellation of candidature.
9. The candidate should have a valid personal email ID and mobile no., which should be kept active till the completion of this recruitment process. If required, OKIH may send intimation to download call letters for written test/group discussion/Interview through the registered email ID. In case an applicant does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID and mobile number before applying on-line and must maintain that email account and mobile number.
10. OKIH reserves the right to request for any additional documentary evidence from the candidates in support of educational qualifications/experiences/other notified eligibility requirements.The copy of the appointment letters, salary certificates, pay slip etc. will not be accepted in lieu of the work experience certificate, except for the current job.
11. OKIH reserves its right to cancel/defer/restrict/enlarge/modify/alter the recruitment/selection process, ifthe need arises, without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason thereof and further accept or reject any application without assigning any reason. Only the shortlisted candidates will be intimated in due course. The decision of the Management will be final and binding on all candidates on all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the application, mode of selection, cancellation of the selection process either in part or full, etc. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
12.
